TIPS... Afvallen? Opweg naar je droomlichaam? Ja? Wanneer je dit echt wilt is het mogelijk. Stap 1 is de belangrijkste: MINDSET ! Gooi die knop om, geloof in jezelf.. stel je doelen niet te groot, houdt het overzichtelijk en haalbaar. Je zit niet op een dieet, je hoeft het niet te doen zoals een ander dit doet.. je veranderd je leefstijl voor altijd. Je mag best een keer dat frietje eten, of die lekkere chocolade reep die je gehad hebt of je favoriete chips... doorzettingsvermogen is the key, houd je doel voor ogen... ook ik heb weleens een dip, terugval in voedingspatroon. Dan heb ik even een periode van niet trainen en wat losser met voeding.. daarna pak je het weer op, voel je niet schuldig. Het is gebeurd, ga weer verder waar je mee bezig was... langzaam afvallen, het beste voor de huid.. veel eten voor in mijn geval spieropbouw en vet verlies... afvallen hoeft niet in combinatie met sport, sport geeft een extra zetje. Sporten zorgt voor een snellere stofwisseling en zorgt ervoor dat je meer verbrand.. Geen zin in de sportschool??? Up until now all my hard workouts was done at home, you dont need a gym to work on lean muscle.! I did struggle with leg exercises tho due to my  knee problems which i don't want to make worse, and some of the equipment here will actually strengthen my knees and help my lower body to tone so im very excited for this 😁

#tldr #Warning #sydney ***After going bathroom and stripping I weigh myself before I eat or drink anything. *** I've noticed that on days I drank more #water #h2o my next day results were bigger.

Though in the mirror I see no #change I'm happy to see that the weight is moving downwards.

I have a rule where I am 80% good ALL week then 20% bad for ONE meal that week.

After seeing my results have slowed down because of the 20% bad dinner yesterday... Lesson learnt gotta make it 10% 🤣 
The scales I use are a #renpho #digital #scale and there is a matching app - I only lets you record your wieght once and it can TELL WHOSE USING IT so I can't mix my partner's wieght up with my own account.

Your blood has a normal pH range of 7.35 to 7.45. This means that blood is naturally slightly alkaline or basic. 
This will never change.. BECAUSE any slight fluctuation ‘YOU ARE NO MORE’  basically we CANNOT survive.. BUT to keep these ph readings.. the body will do everything it can, but you can assist your body with an 80/20 balance of alkaline and acidic foods.. so your body doesn’t have to work over time.. because if your diet is heavily acidic... YOUR body has to work extra hard to maintain your blood PH.. so it will take the necessary minerals from your skeleton, the body’s mineral base.. to maintain this 7.35 - 7.45 range.. this is NOT good as if too many minerals are lost...there will be a higher percentage rate that you will develop Osteoporosis.. brittle bone syndrome.. there are of course many other factors involved in Osteoporosis, but YOU can help yourself and be kind to your vessel, after all it is the ONLY one you will ever own.. strike the 80/20 balance Alkaline/Acidic diet now! So when you pee on a ph strip if your reading is pale green around 7 you then have a pretty good idea that YOUR BODY is NOT working OVERTIME to keep blood PH stable... not robbing vital minerals from your mineral base ... your skeleton 👊

First training week back.  Goal for this week was to get myself running slow..... yes thats right, and whilst I admit my fast is by no means fast, running slow is a real challenge.  Trying to find my low itensity so that I can really focus this year on 80/20 running.  Running slow or at low intensity 80% of my training week and 20% hitting high.  Running slower to ultimately run faster (and hopefully keep my body as injury free as possible). Lots more work on this still yet to be done, as running an average of 5:14mins/km for the week is not at all close enough to slow..... I am aiming and will try to do much better @jodieultrachick @brad_beer
