This drill will make it easier for you to move around the field/court a lot smoother and less effort. ~
For field athlete, acceleration and change-of-direction (COD) ability play a more important role then top speed or speed endurance. ~
This means that enhancing sprint performance (especially acceleration speed) come down to improving an athlete’s horizontal force production capability.

Unilateral movements produce great improvements in single-leg power and overall jumping performance - and these gains occur faster - then bilateral movements.

Work harder.
Work longer. 
Do more. 
Give more effort. 
Did I mention you need to work harder? 
Keep running like a hamster on that wheel, you'll eventually get somewhere. --->Did you ever hear that? --->Did you ever feel like that? 
You were simply putting all of your time and effort into something that simply - just - wasn't - moving? The job you currently have or even your side business? 
Let me be real with you for a second, I'm all about hard work and having a sheer drive, but some things, inevitably, aren't going to change for your business no matter what.

You need to be intentional about what you're doing. 
You need to feel connected to what you're doing. 
You need to believe in the product or service you're selling (okay, some people hate that word), that you're offering, but everyone is selling either some product or some service ... every business is...think about it 😉

You need to have something that isn't just going to tap into a small, congested market, but be involved with something that you are going to be able to do the most with, help the most with, with no limitations. ➡️Do your research. (lots of it)
➡️Know where your company is at. (have they far surpassed hitting momentum?)
➡️Ask where your placement is going to be (wildly important)
➡️Make sure you lock arms with someone or a team who knows what they're doing in business and/or for that particular area. (if they're on a mission, they're going to pull you towards that mission/success) ➡️Here's what our CBD is projected to do: 
2017: 9 million in sales
2018: 100 million in sales 
2019: on track for 1 billion in sales

The hemp industry is predicted to be bigger than tobacco industry ever was (and in a much better way!) And placement is crucial! 
The CBD business is going to take off weather I was in with it or not....so I jumped 😬😬😬
So yes, when your heart pulls you, you must listen! It kinda took me by surprise but it felt URGANT that I got in early!

My guy @xxi.nico came thru this weekend to get in some extra work. In our speed & agility portion we used the @fitlighttraining lights to add in some eye hand & foot coordination input. These are tough lactic threshold 45 second intervals. @xxi.nico killed it.

Also known as Swiss balls, these beautiful unstable buggers challenge and improve strength, cardio endurance, and balance. Swiss balls are also a personal favourite of mine because they’re a great way to get back into shape after injury. This video was taken before my surgery a few weeks back. I don’t recommend tackling this VERY challenging balance drill after an injury. I’ll post more exercises incorporating these awesome and underrated exercise balls!

Another incident one more army personal killed in IED explosion

In a separate incident An Army officer was killed and a soldier suffered injuries in an improvised explosive device (IED) explosion along the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday, officials said.

The IED was apparently planted by “enemy forces within Indian territory” in Naushera sector and set off when an Army officer, along with his men, was patrolling the area, they said.

The blast killed the officer and injured a soldier who was evacuated to hospital, the officials said.

The IED blast came two days after 49 CRPF personnel were killed when a Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorist rammed an explosive-laden SUV into a bus carrying them in Pulwama district in south Kashmir.

This was the second IED attack along the LoC in the same sector since January.

✔️✔️ BOX JUMPS ✔️✔️ If you’re looking at returning to explosive movements in your sport or day to day life, it is important to incorporate these movements into your rehabilitation program. 
Box jumps work the glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves and core. To progress this exercise, a higher box can be used, or even a weighted vest can increase load demands. .

Tips:
