Regarder les photos d’il y a 10 ans m’ont fait prendre du recul sur le chemin parcouru au niveau mental, physique et sport. Je me rend compte que j’aime mon corps, bien plus qu’il y a 10 ans et je voulais partager ça avec vous. Je suis fière de ce que je suis devenue et des progrès que j’ai fait et particulièrement fière de mes abdos même si j’en veux toujours plus 😆 .

On passe beaucoup (trop) de temps à pointer ce que l’on n’aime pas chez soi ou ce qui pourrait être mieux (Je suis un pro là-dessus 😅), c’est important aussi de voir et dire ce qu’on aime. Et je ne parle pas ici de narcissisme mais de bienveillance 🙏 .

Et pas de fausses excuses pour ne pas garder le rythme : plusieurs espaces pour du sport collectif sur le paquebot et même une grande salle de sport 🏃🏼‍♂️ Un corps en forme et bonne santé ça se construit toute l année et je suis content de me déplacer avec mes vêtements et mes supplément @myproteinfr pour toute occasion 😉

Good Monday Morning 😋
I’m going to try to spread a little #mondaymotivation for anyone who needs it including myself.
Since being way busier with my new job I’ve found it hard to find time for some of the other things I was working on like my fitness website, my biomechanics course etc. These were two projects I started before I got hired as a Fitness Programmer working full time hours. And of course when I’m not working I feel like I need to be with my kids and taking care of them and getting simple things done around the house, chores and all of that mom stuff. I feel a real guilty feeling when I’m not with them 24/7 (my fellow moms understand that “mom guilt”) I am sure. So that’s why I haven’t been finding time to work on these things. Also trying to fit my own training in which I feel has taken a few steps backwards...I know it sounds like excuses and perhaps my diet could always use improvements which I’m more than capable of doing but as far as working out, I get it in when I can and don’t have as much time to spend sculpting my physique like I use to. For that I feel I lost some size in my legs and my physique isn’t at its best.
So these things have sort of been bothering me because I’m incredibly hard on myself.
My motivation is for my mamas out there who continuously are hard on themselves and always feeling like even when you’re doing your best it’s still not enough, to take a deep breath, step back and look at all the things you are doing and look at how happy and healthy and loved your kids are. I need to do this more. Sometimes all we can do is our best and try to manage our time and do what we can with what we can. 
I’m going to try to put a little more time aside for the projects I’ve started and tell myself as long as I’m working on something positive I have no need to feel “mom guilt” 
Although my website might need some adjustments now because I won’t have time to keep up with all the maintenance with all the things I wanted to have on there, but I started something and even if it takes longer than I had intended, it’s still something I want to do. 
Even if you have to slow down, learn to never quit! Happy Monday y’all 💪🏼
