When you can't put off the cardio any longer... #Speed2.0

I didn't dare go for Speed3, because of how unfit I've gotten.. (is gotten even a word? 🤔 sounds weird...) Anyway, I did record a few snippets of my workout. Then deleted them. Because I look so 'unfit' shall we say. I forced myself to keep at least 5 seconds of the end- just to prove I did it! 😄
I HATE cardio. And always worry I'm gna burn away the booty gains. I'm not deadlifting my back to bits for fun! 🍑
But I have to throw some cardio in (always AFTER weights of course) if I want to get rid of my wobbly bits. Plus, its good for the ❤.
Thats enough of me acting like I know stuff. Time for my 2nd shower of the day. #TIME 👊

Today was back and triceps and it was one of those days when you just don't feel like going to the gym. However I saw @farmerfitjourney post today about the past winners transformations and it inspired me to get up off my backside and hit the gym hard, and I'm so happy I did, I always find that on the days I don't feel like it, yet force myself to go, it seems to be such a good session.

So the morale of the story Is, even when your not feeling it, get out there and do it you'll feel much better and one step closer to your goals.

Anyone feel the same?

It’s been about 2️⃣ 1/2 months since I fully dedicated myself to my journey. The first 📸 was taken sometime in October. I weighed 137 lbs and my waist was about 30.5 in. The second 📸 was taken at the end of November right after I finished my first 21-day challenge. I weight about 130 lbs. and lost a 1/2 inch on my waist.

The last 📸 was taken a few days ago. I’m 4️⃣0️⃣ days into my 8️⃣0️⃣ day program. It’s also the first day of our NEW program launch, which I’ll be doing along with the other for the next 6 weeks. I’m down to 125.5 lbs and 39 in in my waist.

I’ve dropped a little over 1️⃣0️⃣ lbs since I started. My diet changed slightly (I watch my FFCs, veggies most and I shoot for a long fast), but I don’t drink 🍷🥃 ☕️as much anymore. I have committed to my daily workouts and have been concentrating on getting more 😴.

Each Monday we have a new challenge week start. No matter what you use, while they are good progress markers, it can become an unhealthy obsession where we tie "progress" and our worth to how low we can get that number, or how small we look in a photo. And let me tell you something. Weight fluctuates up and down 5 lbs. That's normal. As women, our body is constantly changing throughout the month because we have this awesome opportunity to grow a freaking human. So ya, the lbs go up and down, the inches go up and down, and so does the pictures. It's not worth your mental wellness to only look at those progress markers every day. Or even every week. Back in December when I was trying to stick to a meal plan...I weighed myself every day. The fact that I was losing weight made me feel good. So good in fact, that if i couldn't stick to the meal plan for whatever reason I wouldn't eat at all
