I used to be the girl that went to the gym seven days a week and spent well over an hour a day training. I was totally convinced in order to get the body I wanted, that was what I needed.

I was convinced I had to lift heavy weights and do minimal cardio, and eat my food in a certain proportion. I never considered it wasn’t what my body needed, because I was convinced that I KNEW (🤦🏻‍♀️) what I was doing, and in the long run it would work, because it did for everyone else.

I was the girl waking up at 4 AM to get to the gym before heading to school or student teaching at 7 AM, running on 4-5 hours of restless sleep. I was the girl that would literally GAG on the food she was eating because, well, it fit my macros.

If this sounds like you, girl believe me, I was there. I know that place. I hung out at that place for SEVEN YEARS. I never lost the weight, never gained the confidence, never reach my goals. If you sound like the girl I described above, I think I might have a solution for you😏

Now, since finding my fit fam, I can sleep till 5:30  and still get my workouts in. I can eat clean foods that I LOVE 80/20 and still feel on track. I am happy, healthy, and in a WAY better place mentally than I ever have been. I have a BOMB support system, and I KNOW I finally have the secret sauce to physical & mental success. If you want in on it too, let’s GO! I’m all about sharing the wealth 🥳✨
